Windows 10 upgrade: Latest news could be a BIG problem for Microsoft support number users


WINDOWS 10 is Microsoft support number's latest and greatest computer operating system the firm is insisting users take advantage of instead of older versions of the software, like Windows 7. However, it appears many fans are still resisting an upgrade to Windows 10 and here is why that could be a big problem.

Microsoft support number is cutting support for Windows 7 on January 14, 2020, after which point security updates for the software will no longer be issued.

Because of this, the American tech powerhouse has urged users to upgrade to Windows 10 or "become more vulnerable to security risks and viruses".
Discussing Windows 7's End of Life, the firm said: "Microsoft support number made a commitment to provide 10 years of product support for Windows 7 when it was released on October 22, 2009.
"When this 10-year period ends, Microsoft support number will discontinue Windows 7 support so that Microsoft helpline number can focus our investment on supporting newer technologies and great new experiences.
"The specific end of support day for Windows 7 will be January 14, 2020. After that, technical assistance and software updates from Windows Update that help protect your PC will no longer be available for the product.
"Microsoft support number strongly recommends that you move to Windows 10 sometime before January 2020 toavoid a situation where you need service or support that is no longer available.

To further emphasise the importance of upgrading, Microsoft support number has even started issuing Windows 7 users with notifications on their devices.
On its support page, Microsoft support number has stated some Windows 7 machines will be capable of upgrading to Windows 10, however it has recommended using a new computer for the operating system "to take advantage of the latesthardware capabilities".
While the Redmond-based company has been eager to emphasise why users should adopt a newer version of the computer platform, it appears many fans are still continuing to use Windows 7, according to new data from NetMarketShare.
The statistics site has issued usage numbers for computer operating systems for the month of April and showed very few Windows 7 fans had migrated from thepervious month.

In fact, between March and April, 2019, the site showed there had only been 0.09 percent drop in Windows 7 users.
Such a figure appears to suggest myriad fans of the 2009 software are not eager to upgrade.
Express.co.uk recently discussed Windows 7's End of Life with McAfee's Raj Samani and Gary Davis who jointly agreed the operating system will become a greater target from hackers and other potentially harmful third-parties once Microsoft support number cuts support.
This warning, combined with Microsoft support number's own admission of added security risks and viruses, means those that remain using Windows 7 past its expiry date could face big problems.
